"After an issue during our family trip with a previous host & having to find a new Airbnb very last minute, Stephan & Clemence made themselves available to us very late the day prior to us checking in. The cleaning crew were ready for us the following day. Although check in wasn’t until 3pm, Clemence accommodated my family of 9 so we can drop off our luggage & put the food we purchased from the previous Airbnb in the fridge, allowing us not to lose a day of our vacation or for all the food we had to go bad. We were extremely grateful for this! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous & extremely spacious! Hot water in all of the bathrooms, amazing water pressure, the house was very clean, and the pool was divine! It was exactly what we needed after our unfortunate experience with a different host. A huge plus for us was how cold the house was! AC was great! We felt very safe in the house & finding the house was easy. We definitely recommend, if you’re renting a car to rent a SUV."

The Airbnb is great and comes with everything that you need, the only thing that I would suggest is to rent a car if you’re staying here or get a driver for your stay just because you are a little far from the main strip. When I say far I mean 8-10 minute drive so nothing crazy but having a car was a life saver! I"

Also, it’s very secluded and far, coming back from excursions the driver got lost which was very frustrating due to no street signs or anything."

"We arrived at Casa Sueno and fell in love. it's in a new development area. So the roads leading there are currently unpaved and rocky. But for me, it was a fun adventure. I just would recommend taking the hosts recommended driver, or if renting a car, something more SUV style. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and private. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. Clémence met us when we arrived and was helpful in answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this stay to my friends and family. thank you for the wonderful stay!!"

"It's a beautifully designed house, but it's more for the aesthetic than actual comfort. The first and second floor are connected by open space so heat rises and you have to be diligent about keeping rooms closed and airconditioned. The outside furniture is not cleaned. The couch is poured concrete with pillows and cacti above it, so although the pillows are comfortable, they constantly move around and there is always a cactus above your head... The location is going to be great in a couple of years, but right now, it's a dirt road full with holes and a bunch of construction around it, so driving back in the dark is a nightmare. There were occasional outages and internet issues but those are quickly resolved by resetting. Definitely do not recommend if you don't have a car. Other than that it's really clean, modern, and spacious for a big group to be able to socialize and separate if necessary. AC in every room, great bathrooms! Good WFH space and base to explore from."

"The pictures didn’t do enough justice. Casa sueno was perfect for my group of 7. There was more than enough space. All of the bedrooms were big and each one had its own bathroom. The bedding and towels were premium and the kitchen was fully equipped. The house was modern and up to date. The living room wrap around section was perfect for our stay in movie night. The kind host met us at the house during check in to introduce herself and answer any questions & gave recommendations for transportation services, etc. in which we used and they were great and dependable. The house was safe. The area was new and had some construction but it wasn’t a problem. I only messaged her once while I was there but her response time was fast. The house was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this property & will be back when I visit Tulum again."

"It is a bit hard to get out onto a main road but again it is a jungle house. I really enjoyed my time here. I didn’t want to leave. There were 6 of us total and we all had more than plenty of room. The pool seems small at first but it’s perfect if you just want to float and relax. If you have children, I’m sure they would still like the pool but it is very narrow. The tv room was perfect for coming inside and taking breaks from the sun to lounge around and relax. The Masters were on tv this particular time we were there and we couldn’t get them on TV, we reached out to the host, and they let us borrow their own personal Apple TV. Very awesome of them to do that for us. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals and we had lots of space and storage. We did play our music pretty loud at one point (sorry to our neighbors) and be aware the outside pool/patio area is directly backed up to an adjoining Airbnb. They had kids with them and did not like our music being played at night."

"I truly enjoyed this space!! The host was great and very responsive !! I would stay here again!! The beds was so comfy .. the shower was so relaxing !! Thank you thank you!!! You definitely need a taxi though, to move you around it’s about a 20/30 min walk from anything .. but the drive is quick.. and the host recommended taxi drivers for us! They was so helpful. Incredibly helpful with everything from chef to motorbikes, laundry, recommendations etc etc etc. The location is in the jungle area, about 15 min from the beach area which was great for the value. "Lovey, modern, spacious home tucked away in the thick of the Tulum jungle. The hosts are amazing and super helpful. They recommended a great driver and chef for our stay. I highly recommend hiring both! You will definitely want a reliable form of transportation if you book this property. The house is exactly as pictured: clean and modern. "New house, practical and clean, in a very quiet and peaceful area. Very spacious bathrooms with good water pressure and temperature. All rooms have their bathrooms and in addition, there is a complimentary toilet on the ground floor. Large and very comfortable beds. "The house was really nice and just as described! It was super clean and Stéphan and Clemence always responded super quickly if we needed anything. The house has everything you could need. The only downside was getting to the house. It’s in a newer area so there’s lots of construction going around which didn’t bother us however the roads are super bumpy and hard to get around. It was annoying to drive along that bumpy long road each time but it could be worse. Overall the house was amazing."

The house is not too far from town except that as there is no paved streets in this area it is the only difficulty. Otherwise in the house you can truly enjoy a beautiful architecture, very confortable spaces and a very nice minimalist decoration. Air conditioning functions wonderfully and all the areas including the swimming pool are in perfect conditions"

"This place is truly extraordinary. The moment you walk in, your mind is blown: so beautiful, tasteful and interesting. We were a family of six people: my partner and I, my sister and brother-in-law, and their two teenage children. All were similarly impressed. And the jungle is, as the listing says, right outside – just past the contraction zone. You really get the best of civilization inside and true nature just outside. For those that want Tulum without being right inside of the city, this is a true gem!"

"Beautiful house. Looks exactly like the pictures. Stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette trip with a group of 7 and it was amazing. Clémence was so nice, helpful and accommodating. Her communication with us was quick and clear. She even connected us with a personal chef whose food was to die for! Only downside is that the house is located in the jungle so it is very hard to find with the gps but Clémence came and saved the day each time. Definitely recommend for group trip of any kind."

"This airbnb was really perfect! It was very spacious, the pool was perfect, as well as the bedrooms (beds are very comfortable and spa ious), the bathrooms are beautiful. We also spent a lot of time in the very comfortable common area! There is nothing about this house that should deter you from booking! The host was very nice, was there for check in and helped up with anything we needed. The only thing to note is how much construction is around, it is alot (but not noisy). The roads are just very bumpy and take some getting used to lol but all of the drivers are experienced and make you feel comfortable! I loved this stay and would be back!"

"Our host was such a great help from start to finish. We had read reviews on the rental which clearly presented this property to be in the jungle and a vehicle is highly recommended. The property itself was exactly as seen in the pictures, very clean and well kept. At night it’s definitely a dream. The pool was heavenly. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for more of a secluded location for privacy that’s peaceful. There is construction around but it’s not loud and unbearable. I applaud the workers at natives of Tulum for building such beautiful architecture with very little- wow!!!!"

I had a lot of questions in advance of the trip about the accommodations, getting around and things to do and they not only shared a bunch of information but all the taxis, dinners etc were incredible. The airbnb itself is so beautiful and has everything you would need for a fun stay. There were six of us total and we loved all of the rooms, relaxing by the pool and grabbing a van to the town or beach. The only thing is that it is very much... in the jungle. It's far back and on an unpaved road with lots of construction along the way. You get used to it quick but it was unexpected the first day. Guaranteed the whole area will be built up in no time."

"Clémence was a great host to a beautiful house. Very private quiet accommodation. Loved staying here. Has high speed reliable WiFi. Clémence was also able to give us some recommendations for Taxi’s. Everything was great. I highly recommend staying here. The only issue I encountered was that the house is about 10-15 mins from the town. There is only a bumpy dirt road that takes you to the house. Hard to navigate with Taxi at night unless you use one of the Taxi drivers that is familiar with the house and the area. The location of the house doesn’t come up on Google Maps. Per recommendation of Clémence we downloaded the Waze app which has the location of the house and had no issues."

"The house is just as pictured and absolutely gorgeous. We were 9 ladies so we appreciated how many bathrooms there were to get ready in. The beds were extremely comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that the area is under development so you'll be driving on unpaved, bumpy roads to get to the house. Cell service is also spotty once you get off the main roads so I would recommend downloading offline maps. Clémence was an amazing host and helped us arrange massages at the house and even delivered homemade tamales so we had them when we checked in. She also had great recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, a private chef, and a private driver. She let us check in early as we came in on red-eye flights. I would definitely want to stay at one of their properties again next time I am in Tulum. February 2023 Thank you Christina you are more than welcome back !"

"We loved our stay! Getting here was a little tricky - as the hosts explained, the house is off a series of dirt roads due to construction. We arrived in the general area and felt lost, but thankfully communication with Clémence was consistent and Stephan was waiting for us to show us into the house right away. The house is beautiful and clean. It comfortably slept 8 adults and an infant, each couple with their own room and bathroom. There were workers outside working on nearby houses, but we did not hear any noise when in the house. There was a little noise out by the pool, but it was very limited and quiet 90% of the time. The workers were very nice and friendly and we felt very safe. They even helped us jump our ATV battery when it died :) The house is close to downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores and we found it to be a great central spot for all the things we had planned. Thank you so much! Looking forward to a future stay."

"Had a great stay at casa sueño. It’s beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The hosts were extremely helpful and made sure to answer any questions we had. Location: this Airbnb is located right in the middle of the jungle so cellular reception is extremely difficult to receive outside the Airbnb. There’s a lot of construction happening around and it’s pretty difficult to locate. The roads here aren’t paved and there’s a lot of dirt and rocks on roads. Would advise future guests that it literally takes 15 mins to get through the jungle onto the main road. From the city centre, it’s about 15 mins and to the main Tulum strip, factor in 30 mins total Property: the wifi works great here. Everything was clean and they have working AC machines in every room. The AC does leak liquid if you leave it on for long periods of time so be careful of that. Each bedroom has their own washroom, and very spacious. The room with a king and queen bed, is actually a room separated in two different areas. A few other things to note, since the place is further and in the middle of the jungle, i would suggest to hire a driver. The Airbnb host does have cab drivers for you to hire however we found that they overcharged significantly because of the location difficulty. I would suggest going into the city and asking drivers their rate. Overall, would recommend this place to those who don’t really care about the area they’re in. However if you’re looking for the main tulum strip with the hotels and beach clubs, I would recommend a closer area."

"This Airbnb was exceptional in all aspects! What you see in the pictures, is what you get! So much space for my party of 10 people, without a fuss of fighting for a bathroom. The communication is TOP TIER! Since I booked, during the trip and when the trip was coming to an end, I always received a response within 5-30 mins of asking any questions! Any questions or concerns you have, they give their best recommendations. We were recommended to book the personal driver José and it was worth every penny! We also needed Covid tests done before leaving Tulum and she scheduled her doctors to come to the house to perform the tests on everyone! Location wise yes it is in the jungle as Tulum is a new area that is being built up BUT this stay was nothing short of amazing! I would definitely recommend!"

"Absolutely amazing . If you have any thoughts of booking I say 100% yes yes yes . Everything about this place is amazing and breathe taking . The host is phenomenal. She answered everyone of our request and was always present. I really couldn’t have asked for better host and place to celebrate my birthday . Definitely hire the chef he was exceptional the food was nothing you’ve were had before & you could make your own menu. I would definitely rate this bnb 10/10. This spot is definitely photo worthy check out my IG for proof @deannatheosmy. Don’t forget your bug spray . Lots of it . Thank you so much Clémence . Also I forgot to mention we got Covid test done straight at the house and we had massages at the house too . There’s a lot of construction going on but it didn’t bother me . "Great stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The environment is peaceful despite the surrounding work. The access road is broken but the house is accessible by standard car with safe driving. And it's worth driving so far!! I had a little trouble finding myself at night the first time but the directions given were very clear and helpful. Very friendly welcome from Clémence. His recommendations for activities and restaurants were very helpful. I would highly recommend this listing🫶!"

"The sueño house is a spectacular space and with the necessary amenities for a good rest time (or work as was our case)! The rooms are wonderful and the common space is also very nice! Clémence was always very helpful and responded to all of our requests! When you book this place you just need to be aware that the journey from downtown Tulum to the house is through the middle of the jungle and on rammed earth!! But apart from the first impact it was totally safe to do! Conclusion: Highly recommend the space!!!"

Jose the driver she recommended to us I highly recommend him, we did business with him for the entirety of our stay and without him, our trips would have been very difficult. It's quite complicated to get together in the jungle without knowing the neighborhood so I would recommend it too. Wouldn't hesitate to go back in Tulum!"
