"We had a great time staying at Claire’s house. She was an extremely responsive host and was there to welcome us our first night. Would definitely recommend a good car to get to the house as the roads were challenging. We loved the house and we felt very comfortable and safe in the area. Claire had great recommendations for things for our family to do during our stay. This place was perfect for our family to spread out. Would recommend!"

"Beautiful house in the jungle. Worked perfectly for my group of 7. We rented a vehicle so taxis were not a problem for us, but the house was initially hard to find. The pool was very refreshing after a day of outdoor activity. Clemence greeted us upon arrival was super friendly and gave us very helpful suggestions. Loved my stay in Tulum and would recommend!"

"I was so happy that I found this place for our girls trip! The owners and Clemence the property manager were very responsive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved the pool and the photo shoot opportunities with the window! As a girls trip, safety was very important but we felt safe at all hours and having the gate really helped with that. Clemence was able to help organize a private dinner with a chef (Mos!) who cooked an amazing meal in the kitchen. Once we got used to the location it was a very easy drive to downtown, stores, restaurants and the beach. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip and we will definitely be back!"

"Casa Zorro was a gorgeous spot. Pool was incredible! First night we got private dinner with a chef the host recommended. It was one of our favorites during our trip. Claire and the rest of the team were really responsive when we needed to adjust our stay. They are really accommodating and kind hosts! Only things to note are: • The living room was difficult to cool because of the high ceiling. expect to hang out by the pool during the day and in the living/dining area at night. The bedrooms stayed cool however! • The home is gorgeous but a little out of the way. I’d definitely recommend getting the car so you can get around easily without a bit of a long walk Other than that Casa Zorro was great!"

"There are a lot of positive and unfortunately a few negative about this property. Pros- The host was very attentive and answered any questions we had prior to our stay. They even brought things to me like a radio and bugs spray. The chef that was recommended was amazing. He was very friendly and food was great! The Airbnb was aesthetically pleasing! Beautiful home! Cons- The air in the common space felt non existent during the days. It was unbearable to sit in the common space during the days. Also the hallways were hot and humid. While it was cool in the bedroom, it was uncomfortable exiting the bedroom into extreme heat once exiting out of the bedroom. We saw so many extremely large spiders all over the home. I understand we were in the jungle but this alarming considering spiders could bite and possibly be poisonous. I will also note that the location wasn't idea for my family. This has the potential to make or break your trip and it almost ruined ours due extreme taxi cost."

"Clemence was an incredible host! Our party of 6 enjoyed the space daily - it was so nice to have a home base to just lounge and relax in. How has no one talked about the party lights in the pool?! The house is a clear labor of love for those looking for a home base to explore Tulum. Rent an suv! It’s needed to get around. Clemence will answer any of your questions. We hired a private masseuse and housekeeping on two occasions. We felt safe at all times, and feel so blessed to have reconnected with our souls for a week. Not recommended for someone who isn’t flexible since it’s a bit far from everything - but we found ourselves falling in love with the little town ten minutes away and only went to the beach strip once. There’s SO much to do in the area. Support local where you can or have a good time on your own terms - but know this is a perfect group home!!! We can’t wait to come back someday! Thanks Clemence!"

"Claire was an amazing host. She was super responsive, very helpful with connecting us to drivers and even booked my birthday dinner reservation for me. The place was beautiful and looks even better in person than the photos. The location is pretty secluded which my group preferred because we wanted privacy. I would 100% recommend."

"Our group loved our stay at Claire's house! The house and the pool area are beautiful, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and everything was as pictured. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this house to any group visiting Tulum, especially those who prefer to be in a bit of nature and tucked away from the bustle of the town. We hope to come back!"

"This home is perfect for a group. We spent my bachelorette weekend here. The house has everything you need. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful. Location is a bit far from the beach town, but the host recommended a great taxi company that was reasonably priced and felt safe the whole time."

"Claire’s home is beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing and incredible trip to Tulum. Our host was so accommodating and helped with recommendations for restaurants and booking, making our time there stress-free. The location was perfect- we rented ATVs which provided a really unique and fun way to see Tulum. The rooms were very comfortable and we appreciated that all have their own beautiful bathrooms and outdoor spaces. WiFi was super fast and they have two networks for you to use. Thanks for everything, we’ll be back!"

"The accommodation in Casa Zorro has been exceptional. It is located in a very quiet area near downtown Tulum and where there is nature surrounding the house. The house exactly matched the description being very spacious and comfortable to stay in. It is also very well heated for the hot days you did in Tulum and with the pool in the center of the house, which allows you to be very close to the outbuildings. The only thing to take into account is that the paths to get there are some potholes so it is convenient to go slowly, especially at night since there is not much visibility."

"This house is absolutely AMAZING and we had a wonderful time staying there. It felt like home—but a really luxurious, beautiful version of home in a gorgeous tropical setting. The bedrooms were SO nice, and each one had its own full bath! It’s hard to overstate how special it was to have our own gorgeous pool inside a walled courtyard with trees and the sky above us. We also made use of the large kitchen when we didn’t feel like going out. The garden courtyards off some of the bedrooms were so cool. Our host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. We are recommending this place to all our friends and family, and we can’t wait to come back to stay at Casa Zorro again! Thank you again!"

"This house is amazing! The beds are comfortable, everything was clean, and we never had any issues with hot water or electricity/air-conditioning (as I’ve read about with other Airbnb’s in the area). The pool is absolutely beautiful! Hosts were communicative and helpful with everything. We loved that there was no TV (because why?!) but also just a note to bring a Bluetooth speaker if you want to listen to music! The location is also a bit off the beaten path (but probably not for long as there’s a lot of new construction going up in the area - an entire road on the route was paved during our 4 day stay), so just be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride to get there - but well worth it!"

"Let’s start by saying the space exceeded expectations! The house is BEAUTIFULLY designed and decorated. So spacious! Our hostess was so accommodating by providing a driver to and from the airport, ATVS, and recommendations for local spots and she was sooo sweet & friendly. The house felt safe and secured. We truly enjoyed the pool and kitchen area and took pictures alll over! What we weren’t aware of was the location of the home. Though it didn’t ruin the experience it is worth noting! Each ride was $45 USD PER way which adds up veryyyy quickly. It’s also down a roughly 10 min bumpy road (a lot of drivers didn’t want to take us or ended up charging us more) All in all, we would DEFINITELY come back to stay and recommend it to others! "Clémence was at the Location even when arriving late. Due to the matter of fact that in this area, project development is going on and workers are sleeping on the streets and inside tents along the street, she assured us safety and no harm by any means, even as when arriving late, it first seemed a bit spooky. On the first day with day light, we saw that there is nothing to worry about as it is a friendly area, just workers around, as they live too far away from there work in order for the to go home after each day of work. You have to say that it’s 100% different from Europe, but what do you expect? The house and Amnesties are all in perfect shape and the king size beds and beautiful interior along the living areas and bathrooms, are welcoming just as any 5 star Hotel. Everything of this house was in perfect shape and Clémence was there whenever needed! She took great care and helped with recommendations. I would 100% recommend the house &an SUV as the streets are very bumpy!"

"From the center of Tulum, count 5-10 min by car on a "Bumpy" path to access the villa. Peacefully lotie in a small corner of jungle, Villa Zorro exactly matches the photos. Very well suited for a family or couples of friends with the 4 bedrooms and their own bathroom. The sleeping area is well separated from the living space. The bedding is excellent and the air conditioning is quiet. Pleasant terrace to sip the Margaritas under the stars. But the real plus of this villa is the host: Clemence. Which was just AWESOME! Responsiveness, accuracy, sense of service, good taste and warm plans."
